Yesterday I tried a new recipe for me which was the Pumpkin Protein Pancakes. Based on taste from yesterdays recipe I really love how it came out the flavors of the pumpkin wasn’t too over powering or too sweet so adding maple syrup gave it that perfect sweetness which help balance out the flavors.
Today I decided to make a similar recipe by adding a few other ingredients and see if I can have that Pumpkin Pie Flavor healthy Pancake.. This recipe is not as sweet as the Oatmeal Banana Pancake so adding a few extra ingredients might boost the Pumpkin flavor while not compromising taste and calories..
The recipe calls for 1/8 tsp of pumpkin pie spice but you can use less if you feel this might be too strong of a flavor for you.
