Publix Shopping Trip 12/17/15 – OOP $68.46 w/ $50 Visa GC included

Our trip was pretty good, I was surprised how easy it was to reach $50 specially getting items we would need during the holiday season.  Any time we see the Visa gift card coupon we tried to take advantage of it, this time you can find it in the Publix Weekly Ad, there you will see a coupon for $10 off $50 Visa Card when you buy $50 in groceries before coupons are applied.

  1. I have not purchased the visa card before. Is this correct: if my groceries amount to $50 or more, then I can purchase a visa card for $40………but I still have to pay the $4.95 activation fee for the card, right? So the actual savings is about $5.00? Thanks!
